Breakfast was very mediocre (quality and variety of items). Shower drain kept closing, filling the tub with water. And the shower water know, which turns the shower on, only went up part way so most of the water just went down the drain.

The staff was very friendly and mostly helpful when asking what to do in the area and recommendations for great sights. The breakfast was nice with lots of options of both hot and cold meals.

Our room. The blackout shade on the window was broken and wouldn't go down. The tub stopper was broken completely off and bare plumbing was exposed. The sink in the bathroom had a very small faucet that flooded the counter when turned on.

One key problem was that we had reserved a king room in advance, but were told when we arrived that they had been oversold, And we were provided only a two-double room. What is the purpose of a reservation if not to hold a room? Very disappointing.
Also, The room was missing key items expected in a hotel room, including a hairdryer; drinking glasses; and a shower cap.
The hotel staff appeared mildly interested in our concerns, but not particularly apologetic or willing to extend themselves.
