We went with expectations of swimming and utilizing facilities and it was supposedly closed for remodeling, and it was just due to the management not wanting to clan the pool. The day we were leaving after three days stay the pool was opened after they had someone clean it. The young lady at the desk...a blonde with glasses was very rude and very attitudinal she was not welcoming and when I mention the pool issue, she immediately tried to get us to leave and go somewhere else. She got angry with me when I explained I did not receive notice of the pool closure as I booked with booking .com and not the actual hotel. Once I paid, I started receiving a rash of emails concerning the pool and facilities. NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE TO STAY HERE

I came down from my room at 5:30 a.m. to get a cup of water and coffee and was told that the lobby and common areas were closed until 7 a.m.
