Between Tuesday, Jun 11th, 2024 at midnight and Friday, Jun 14th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Phoenix), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Friday, Jun 14th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Phoenix), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Jun 14, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: Good WiFi

Negatives: Yes, no cleaning, no changing bed, no clean towels, no emptying trash. Room was not as large as the one we selected when we booked. Way too small for a 2 week stay. We had a tool bag & tools stolen. Staff didn?t seem concerned. Never stay again.

Positives: I liked the suite style of the room, giving us a mini fridge and microwave. I LOVED that the room had a jacuzzi tub. The bed was comfy and it was nice having 24/7 staff at the front. Good price, but I expected a little more from it being called a resort.

Negatives: I LOVED the jacuzzi tub, but it looked a little dirty - I think a magic eraser is all it really needs. The floors were FILTHY. I had to walk around in shoes or use a towel under my feet so they wouldn't turn black. The comforter also wasn't the cleanest

Negatives: Absolutely. The bed bugs and management lying about accommodating me for having the experience of having to sleep/slept in a room and bed with bed bugs. I ended up with extra bills due to bed bugs and this resort cleanliness. Stay at your own risk

Negatives: Room could use an upgrade, Im disabled so they put me as far as they could from everything. Angelos dining (I ordered one entree for 2 persons and was not allowed to take my leftovers to my room. Room service good but additional pesos.
