the front girls were rude when it came to asking for extra towels because house keeping didn’t clean our rooms. I was also charged $475 when I was only supposed to pay $187. I have called the motel multiple times a day since my stay but it appears I am blocked from the hotel. None of my calls will go through. upon arrival we had also notice our screen door was broken and reported it to the front desk immediately and was told a maintenance guy would come but he never came.

Location is near the ASU campus and the PHX airport so it was easy to flight in to visit my son who studies there. Clean, big room, comfy bed, quiet.
Negatives:
The front desk receptionists do the job but don't make me feel welcomed. No smiles :-(
There was ice water by the front desk and I wanted to put some in my water bottle after I checked out while waiting for the ride. I was discouraged and told that wasn't a water filling station. After just spending $130 for a night of sleep, I wish taking a cup of tab water with me on a hot day wasn't such an issue.
