NOTHING WENT WELL BAD UNPROFESSIONAL LOCATION

WE ARRIVED TO CHECK IN AFTER DRIVING 15 HOURS AND THE HOTEL WAS CLOSED . AND WE ADVISE WE WOULD BE ARRIVING. WE HAD CHILDREN IN THE CAR AN IT WAS 1 AM. WE HAD JUST ENOUGH TIME TO GET A FEW HOURS SLEEP BEFORE HAVING TO LEAVE THE NET MORNING ON A CRUISE. WE HAD TO FIND THE LAST MINUTE ANYTHING AT THAT HOUR TO SLEEEP AND PAID AGAIN. CORPRATE TRIED TO CALL THE FRONT DESK AS WELL AS BOOKING.COM BOTH NOT ABLE TO REACH A NIGHT PERSON WHEN THEIR SITE AN FRONT DOOR CLEAR STATE 24 YRS. WOULD LIKE SOME TYPE OF COMPENSATION NOTHING WAS GIVEN THOUGH THE HELP DESK AND A EMAIL SAID WE WOULD PLEAE CONTACT ME BACK ASAP 609 477 1304 LFAMULA@ITS.JNJ.COM

We had to move three different rooms. First room was full of cockroaches even in the refrigerator dead bugs everywhere stains on the covers and lamp shades missing from the lights!. Second room we had to keep replacing the key card because it wouldn't work.We ended up finding out at about 9:00 at night that the battery and the key card machine was dead. There was nobody to replace the battery and the battery. So at 9:00 p.m. at night after moving twice during the day we had to move all of our stuff at night and the last room we were in the water pressure was terrible!!! I feel that I should get my money returned to me for all the trouble we went through. My son who is a sailor was in town for a couple of days was not much fun for him because of this hotel. I will wait to hear back from you in a few days if I don't hear back from you I am going to blast this all over social media. Thank you
