Positives: Cute! Everything in the hotel was done by local artists which is rad. The hotel has everything you need and the location is great. VERY comfortable beds. They have bikes but I just went on a walk to and around downtown Detroit instead. Loved it!
Negatives: They charge for keurig coffee! So free coffee would be been cool but that's ok. They do have a full coffee shop during business hours - was just hoping for a quick evening coffee one night before a show.

Positives: Very cool, retro motif. Room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Parking was free with convenient in/out (gated at night). The location was in the Corktown neighborhood, which had a cool vibe with lots of good bars and restaurants nearby. Easy enough to walk to downtown Detroit. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly.
Negatives: Expensive (possibly because there was a big music festival as well as a conference and Grand Prix preparations going on in downtown Detroit that weekend?)

Positives: The location was pretty close to downtown and the main city. The staff was very responsive and whenever we would call they would help us right away.
Negatives: A little bit too expensive for the hotel itself. The hotel was decent but nothing too crazy, in my opinion it was overpriced.
