The room was filthy. One pillow had been used. No towels, face cloths, or Toilet paper. Motel was full of homeless and drug addicts running around day and night. Noisy. Coukd hear peo0le yelling and fighting.

This hotel was the worst motel I've ever experienced the rooms were never clean never complete, the last night they stripped my blankets and sheets and forgot to bring me new linen they were filthy and infested with roaches it was actually really traumati

The worst part was the staff the cleaning lady was super nice but the front desk girl, has the most ugly attitude and not friendly her customer service was very poor, also the manager Vanessa, was not very helpful nor professional she was very jud

I like that it was right off Highway 40. I liked that the clerk did try to correct the problem by giving ke another room when I mentioned it was already occupied.

I did not like the fact that I was given a room key twice and both times, was met by surprised faces from people who were still occupying the room. The lack of security on the premises seemed inadequate. It would help make guests feel safer.

Hotel was in a scary area, the room was filthy but the front desk was nice. People in the next room were drunk and yelling well into the early morning. Checked out out of the hotel at 3 in the morning because it wasn't safe.

The room contained just two towels and a spare roll of TP. I saw both cockroaches and ants in the room. I had to put up a $50 cash deposit which they didn't want to give back. Lousy TV. Cigarette odor covered with spray. I dare you to find a second star.

Willing to accommodate my needs. Front desk person was excellent and very professional, even if the other employees were not quite so.
Negatives:
One towel in each room, and no one to fix that issue. Had to go downstairs to get toilet paper. No working ice machine and nothing to put ice in if it did work.

Drugs, prostitution, a very unsafe environment. When I got there, there was already a cop telling me it wasn't safe and I should probably book another hotel. So that's exactly what I did. Checked out about 3 minutes after checking in.

This was the worst hotel I've ever booked. I will never go back.
