The guy at the front desk was nice and helpful.
Negatives:
The room was not clean! There was stuff all over the walls like someone had dumped liquid down all of them, a clump of hair under the trash can, entry way was broken and had metal pieces sticking out with sharp plastic edges, and the smoke alarm had black marks on it like it had sparked previously or something. Most of this we didnt notice till the morning as we had gotten in late with kids and went right to bed. My daughter cut herself on the metal/sharp plastic piece in the morning( thats how we noticed it) so they were trapped in a playpen for the whole morning. I let the front desk know as we were checking out and she didnt seem too concerned. I showed her the photos and she Said she would make a note and seemed to brush it off.I feel a discount should have been done or at least more concern as my daughter was injured.
