The gentleman that checked us in was polite and patient even with the other customers being rude. it could be considered a good value if they cleaned and made needed repairs. use to be a regular place to stay when i was visiting family and friends.
Negatives:
Room was still filthy when we arrived. stained sheets, shower had no water pressure even the front door did not lock and close completely. The pool was dirty and lawn service showed up while we were at the pool with no regard to blowing dirt and leaves on kids, customers and their belongings. Had numerous vagrants walking around constantly bothering customers.

Room was beyond dirty. It was disgusting. Even had to wait hrs to get a room. They said they was cleaning it and it definitely was not clean. Was told I could go elsewhere and he also said it dont bother him. Will never stay there again. Rooms do NOT have refrigerator.

Room was dirty. Nightstands were hanging off the wall. The room advertised having a fridge and microwave but included neither. The sheets and towels had burn holes in them. The room although was a non smoking room smelled like smoke.
