Room was clean, AC worked good, TV was good. No frills so no coffee maker in room but fridge and microwave. For the price, couldn't complain. Did not charge extra for our small dog traveling with us. Parking was convenient right in front of door.
Negatives:
Imagine for security, there was too much bright light right outside window so was never completely dark in room. Only major complaint, and no fault of staff/owner. is group of adolescents talking loudly and making noise until 1 AM outside.

Nicest Motel 6 I've stayed in. Clean, comfortable and with helpful, friendly staff. One could hear the trains as they went by, but this is the case for all of the motels in Van Horn, Texas. It didn't disturb my sleep.
