I did enjoy how close it was to things but there was so much wrong with our stay

The mistakes , over charging our card , making our vacation not pleasant, had to Instacart to make some money just to feed my son , while we were here on vacation, this hotel will prolly not be one we stay at again unless you guys can do something for us, 3 different front desk people didn’t have no idea about any of our issues because the first one was to busy about getting off , tbh I came here with a friend and loved it and wanted to really treat my boyfriend and son , but this was a terrible experience

Our room was very nice in every respect and the housekeeper was very helpful when we requested more towels. She addressed much more than was necessary. The cinnamon rolls provided for breakfast are excellent. Also, while a little off the beaten path, the location is very quiet and seems very safe.

Negatives:
TV did not work in the room. I called the desk and they told me to reboot. That did not work. I called the desk and they moved me to a different room. Desk clerk was very nice.

We didn’t have garbage removed or coffee refilled and my child might of been in room but the manager made sure it was done next am and gave me coffee , and we really don’t need service since we are gone most of the time
