The appearance of potential wonderers on the fourth floor, not entering or exiting any room. Also in the common areas.

Located close to airport and flexible checkout times (with small extra fee) for later departure flights- will definitely stay here again when traveling internationally. The concierge also had a scale and allowed us to weigh (multiple) bags!

Only issue was small, but we prepaid for the late checkout and when we tried re-entering the room later in the day, our keys had been deactivated, which required another trip downstairs to check-in to fix.

Room was dirty, carpet was disguising. The wait in line forever to get help.

I did not stay but my daughter did. We had not stayed at the Westin in some time. Then, it was a bit run down. Now, my daughter said it was very nice. Updated and restaurant food was great.
