Negatives: The total experience

Negatives: I did not like anything about this property it was disgusting and the amount of homeless people around there is unreal. I got checked in and when i went to my room it was disgusting and the beds were still not made like someone had just check out of the room a couple of hours ago. Plus when i tried to get a refunded for literally false advertising plus the room was gross they wanted to deny me my refund. Trust me look up the property on google maps or something to truly see what it looks like. Because the pictures up above are not accurate at alllllllll. I just wish I took pictures of my room and the outside of the hotel as well but i was in too much of a rush to leave the property.

Negatives: Clean the rooms

Negatives: I was a little disappointed in the staff. When I arrived in the evening, the desk clerk did not know much about restaurants in the area. She said, "She was new". Okay. Fair enough. So use the internet and check to assist your guest. Hotel services 101. I needed an iron and ironing board and called the front desk multiple times, however, no one answered and it went to a voice message many times. I left a message once. I later walked to the front desk (its about a 5 min walk from the rooms in the back of the property) to ask for an iron and the desk staff was smoking a cigarette in front of the hotel and proceeded to tell me "I am on a break". Okay. Fair enough. That surprised me. I had been calling for a couple hours intermittedly. Okay. Fine. Then when I returned later, the same man said, "I cannot leave the front desk" and "our maintenance guy has gone for the day" or something to that effect. Next day, in the morning, I needed to iron my shirts for an interview.... Housekeeping had not arrived yet. I eventually got an iron but this was just a bit much. Also as others have mentioned, there were several homeless people in tents lining the street that the hotel is positioned on and in the park behind the property. Some guests may not feel comfortable about this. I am not sure I would stay here again, knowing what I know.

Negatives: Everything was bad. Tv was broken, lights were not working, very dirty room floors, stinky beds, even blood on one blanket, asked extra pillow and one blanket but request immediately refused by staff. Worst breakfast. Milk was finished, asked the employee for milk and she said milk is finished then spoke to the manager and after 30 minutes they brought milk.

Negatives: Please but disclaimer pics are a 360 for the worst what the hotel looks like. Hotel said balcony view the balcony is the railing on multiple levels, city fees was a gas station and highway ice machine was down and molded on each level no vending machines, cracks in walls, nasty tubs , not enough towels or toilet paper do not stay here it is not what pictures show and tv didn’t work

Negatives: It’s not exactly in the city centre as specified on booking.com.

Negatives: Had to stay in a room with no lights for almost 3 hours
