Convenient to Old Sacramento, good price. Near gas station.

A lot of men wondering around the area on foot and bikes, wasn’t sure if I or my car was safe in the evening. No hot tub. Pool was dirty with debris, not heated. Breakfast was cereal, waffle, yogurt & apple, coffee or juice

Dissatisfied with quality of hotel...
Positives:
The room was nice. Beautiful white towels, etc.. bed was very uncomfortable. No luggage racks.. disappointment. Carried in my things. Im handicapped and property wasnt handicap friendly. Narrow hallway. The parking area had construction taped off areas in the middle of pkg spots. Safety concerns & loitering area in pkg lot w/homeless people. Disappointed overall.. rate at 1 .. Won't stay there again. Breakfast was sad. Coffee lukewarm.

I moved from another hotel to this one. This was 100% better. I did not know the time for the breakfast, so I did not take advantage of that. I should have called the desk, so that’s my fault.
Negatives:
I think I asked for a room with a walk in shower, but the room only had a regular tub, with few to none grab bars. This has been the situation I have met since I have needed a shower I feel safe in. So it’s not just your facility. Are my comments not read? Are there to many guest with this same request?

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The coffee in the room was good and the fridge was spacious. Most of the staff were very kind and helpful. I liked the walk ability to old Sacramento on the boardwalk.
Negatives:
The tub pooled with water while taking a shower. There was a dry bean randomly in the toilet paper holder. The side entry door broke the last night of our trip and instead of opening the front doors for guests, even though there was a front desk clerk, they made us walk all the way around to the back to enter the facility. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Would be neat if there were bagels or hard boiled eggs or something substantial to eat. Even a banana would have been nice.
