the room was dilapidated and unclean. the top sheet was stained. there was a hole behind the toilet where the pipe entered the wall. and the room had a bad smell.

Liked that it had a restaurant, bar and vending machines if needed
Negatives:
1. Parking deck detached from hotel and travel back and forth was nuisance especially walking all the way around in the dark.
2. Hallways smell bad, as if they need to put in new carpet. I do understand it’s older place but do some renovations
3. The housekeeper left our balcony door and curtains wide open(on 1st floor). Easy access for anything (items stolen, bugs etc). I was angry about this carelessness. Then they gave me key to a new room, in which wasn’t working!
4. Housekeepers were not replenishing items. We had to keep asking for things.
5. Bathroom had large open hole under sink it. Again renovate!
6. Please bring your own shower caddy. As you can tell they had some prior but no longer. So out 1st floor room didn’t have a tub so, where am I putting items when showering?..
We never plan to return to that Hotel or ANY Doubletree again!

Stayed on 8th floor and elevators worked great

Lack of handicap parking in front entrance and non handicapped vehicles often parked there
Property squeezed between other hotels leaving very little space to load and unload luggage or passengers
Rugs worn and very unattractive
Vanity light mirror wasn’t working
$30 parking fee outrageous also not prominently shown on website.

I enjoyed the option to pay for breakfast when booking my stay because it save my family money.
Negatives:
I didn’t like that I was bitten by bugs in the room my family and I were switched to. Our original room was fine but staff complained that my children were too loud so we moved downstairs. From that room change, my daughter lost her purse, and staff said they didn’t find anything when We asked.
