The carpet in the hallways was very dirty, the door from the garage didn't open with my room key so I had to go all the way around to use a different door. Also there was a dog barking early morning and woke us up. No shampoo in the shower. Room was pretty run down. Price was high for the room. Will not be coming here again.

Uncomfortable mattress, I got bit by bed bugs, the keys stopped working both nights I was there, old towels, no toiletries, no coffee in the room, and I was charged twice on my credit card for it. They ignored my booking payment and told me it was only a deposit.

Although this was supposed to be a smoke-free zone, the first room that I was given, smelled really strong of cigarette smoke, the table had some black stuff all over it. The door look like it had been broken into and not properly repaired. I was given another room in what was considered the renovated section. There was garbage in the stairwell. There was not a proper security, there was no control on the noise the first night that I stayed there between 2 and 4 o’clock in the morning there was loud music and yelling from other guest rooms.
