Positives: The location.

Negatives: Don't expect the staff to be helpful. This is a multi-floor facility in which the elevator did not work and the staff did not offer to get suitcases to and from the room. For a single older traveler this was distressing and somewhat dangerous.

Positives: It was renovated and I must say we were impressed. The room design was a twist to the normal by having a full bed in the (family room) area. I thought it was going to be a pull out couch.

Negatives: The only bad thing I can say was the elevator was under construction but once that is fixed, I will definitely consider next time we're in Miami.
