Best airport hotel we have used. The lobby was contemporary and stylish and inviting. Check-in was the quickest ever. The room was quiet and clean and not worn from use.

Very clean room, they swapped is from 5th floor to 2nd floor- they were also very kind and helpful.

Shared shampoo/lotion/conditioner shower amenities are unhygienic. I would recommend removing immediately. Toilet was plugged with 2 flushes. Very loud unattended young guests in hall playing 6am

I opened up the mini fridge to put in some drinks and there was a terrible smell so I looked in and there was a baby bottle left from someone previously that was rotting away too nasty to even do anything about it and I was only there for a couple of hour

Outstanding staff;welcomed and offered suggestions for dining; Timely shuttle service; driver assistance with the bags as well as boarding and exiting the shuttle; excellent conversation and appreciation of passengers.

The fact that there was an additional charge for parking seem excessive for guest. If they have issue with unregistered guest parking there due to proximity to airport they should have an attendant.
