Wasn't informed of building works occurring in a building directly opposite when booking. Was told by a staff member that these works have been ongoing for nearly a year and would continue for quite a few more months after our stay. The construction is 24 hours a day, so sleep was very interrupted.

Room was tiny. Lobby was extremely hot temperature wise. Food and drinks were extremely expensive for what was offered. At the price paid, breakfast should have been included. No luggage space in room.
