I loved this hotel! The bedding was super comfortable and the shower was great. I loved the comfortable robes and the pineapple vibes. The staff were friendly and helpful - I wish I could have stayed longer!

Great location, large comfy bed, all the amenities and extra perks such as bikes. Trophy room for pub grubs.

An almost delightful stay in...
Positives:
great location for walking around Boston and close to the train station. The room was adorable, and the bed was comfy. The bathroom was modern and nice but also small and slightly off smelling, maybe due to lack of ventilation. Coffee/tea in the room was nice as well. The staff was warm and helpful. I would certainly choose to stay there again.
Negatives:
A refill of coffee after first night would have been appreciated though when we asked, coffee pods and wash cloths were replenished quickly.

Positives:
Rooms were very clean and comfortable, with large pillows on the bed. Location can't be beat, as it's a short walk from Back Bay Station. Welcome drink included upon arrival.
Negatives:
I understand Boston is expensive, but there were some compromises on amenities that just didn't seem right at the price-point, e.g., the bathroom sink was so small, there was virtually no room to leave toiletries, nor hooks for hand towels; beds made and towels changed only every other day; toilet paper was the cheap, single-ply kind; etc. I could not hear other rooms from my room, but walking in the halls, the soundproofing was such that I could hear the other rooms, as if there was no barrier.
