It was close to the college.
Negatives:
It was not clean. There was caked dirt in the corners of the bathroom. Looked like feces on the wall and the back of the bathroom door. 1/4 inch of dust on the mopboards also. There were large dead bugs behind the sink. The paint was peeling on the outside. Our neighbors had a noisy party out front of their room. Their cigarette smoke permeated our room. Very expensive bad experience.

NOTHING. It was a disappointment from beginning to end.
Negatives:
The room was filthy when we checked in. The floor had not been vacuum, the bathroom wall was stained with who knows what, there were food crumbs in the handle of the fridge, the sheets were either dirty or stained as were the pillow cases. We did not get service the second night so we called and they said they would do so that day. When we returned that night it still was not cleaned. They did clean it the following day (day3) as well as provided new towels. The manager said they would credit our account a measly $20 and when we checked out they did not credit our account and told us to call the following day.
This place has been neglected for 2 decades and the majority to the front desk help had very poor interpersonal skills and were clueless with customer service. Total dive. Very disappointed

It is rather secluded and made it nice being quieter then the average hotel.

My door would not release the latch, my bed was never changed or made, everywhere smelled like marijuana.
