There were people running up and down hall at all timea of night/morning...very heavy smell of illegal smoking..sticking to clothes,also missing sofa in my room where they put 2 chairs instead.

1st rm was quiet but had fist size hole in mattress on leftside middle that I found getting in bed. Moved me down across hall. Nice rm and bed but noise and pounding all night long do to Autistist group on fl above. Was told by front desk it was too late at night to move me No Sleep ...had to be up at 7am

I put on my reservation that I had a pet even told the lady when I got there when I got ready to book in at the front desk that I had a pet a week go by the following week I'm there the manager called to me and said she took my deposit and charged me another $214 and I don't feel like that is right because I did and knowledge that I had a pic from the start it's not my fault that the communication wasn't right between your staff so I end up paying $414 with my deposit being too I don't understand and I don't appreciate it and I don't think that was right and the toilet also was leaking from the bottom somewhere and they kept getting stopped up I asked for a plunger it took 2 days from them to bring me one just bad communication all the way around

It was dirty, the room I booked I didn’t get. They downgraded my room and still had to pay the price for the room I booked. The fold out bed was horrendous. It smelled like someone died on it. Urine stains, springs coming through the mattress, wasn’t able to use it. Booked a duplex suite w/2 doubles and got downgraded to just one double. Completely disgusting place to stay
