The score that I submitted is because THE RUDDNESS OF THE STAFF. They act like you are the last man on Earth…not a customer, and I refer to Front Desk staff. They pretend to forget to give you the breakfast vouchers in order to make you pay for it. I saw with my own eyes 5 examples (5 groups) that did not received the vouchers and in the Restaurant at breakfast the staff from there told them that have to pay.
No matter if the rooms are clean and everything else if you feel like the last person on Earth when you interact with the Front Desk staff.
You really should do some basic manners training with them or send them home because you will lose clients more than you can imagine. I will never come back to this hotel in my life.

Positives:
The Jr. suite was a great size for the family. Having two televisions is a good thing when travelling with children. The proximity of the hotel to the convention center and reading market is fantastic.
Negatives:
There was only one remote for the room and it had no batteries in it. We had to call the front desk to bring up batteries and another remote. I must add, they did come up in a timely manner....
The restaurant has declined quite a bit. The food was really not good in comparison to our past stays.

Large, clean and comfortable room, with a good bathroom. Good location in the city centre, close to the main historical district. Short walk from Jefferson station. Very good complementary breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful; quickly resolved an issue with internet access.

There was very little light in the room, making it difficult to see unless one was right next to one of the two lamps. Additionally the tub was slippery.

The room was great, the breakfast buffet was really good with variety, quality and flavour. Staff was helpful and the hotel was clean and near the downtown core and next to the market and lots of great restuarants. John at the bar was wonderful too!

The location was not as pleasant as description led us to expect. Corridors long, dark and smelly. First room lavatory contained urine and paper. Bedcover rumpled. Everywhere dusty, grubby and malodorous. Offered a different room also dirty and dusty. Asked for full refund and found another hotel.
