Like the last time Marina in the Firefly Bar was amazing, Bobi the Gentleman on the piano is a stable. For a family this is perfect.

Checkin was a mess. We wasn’t told about the parking fee, and we didn’t get a parking pass. Also if u book things to the room it’s not on complete charge on the end of your stay it’s a bunch of small holds on your account.

We stayed at this property before and really loved it. We had a room with two king beds which were great, however the toilet/shower area was extremely small. That being said every other spect of the hotel was wonderful and we enjoyed great meals and drinks in the restaurant and bar. The staff was very efficient and friendly and on a personal note, I loved the fragrance that permeated the building. Our view of the mountains from our room was spectacular.

While the pool was great for my toddler granddaughter, I wish there had been another option for adults. Having the slide for families is great. It would just be nice to also have a pool where some light swimming could be accomplished.

The location was great and the views from the family suite was awesome.

The room could have been better equipped. The phone didn’t work we had to use our cell phones to reach room service. My on was with us and was using the fold out couch but there were no linens prepared and apparently the guests before us had some popcorn that had spilled under the couch. The restaurant at the hotel was very pricey for what you got which for a burger on the kids meal was a 10 frozen patty and a large pizza with 8 small square slices and drinks costed us 80 with tip.

We went for our honeymoon and when we first arrived we were greeted with a smile and a warm cookie! We ordered room service the first night and it showed up in a timely manner and was hot and cooked perfectly. We couldnt find the pool at first and the staff was quick to help us out. Overall we had a wonderful time enjoying everything oh, and breakfast bar was amazing!! Made to order omelette was chefs kiss!
