The staff at the front desk was so rude unprofessional insulting absolutely by far the worst employee one could run across.
He questioned my identity refused to check me in after showing 3 credit cards passport and DL. He made a scene and embarassed me and my coworker who turn3d and walked out. I asked for a manager and I was told no manager on duty and no number I could call. He refused to give me my ID back until I said I would be calling authorities.
Never ever will I recommend this hotel to anyone or business. By far the worst.

Best King bed I have ever slept in. Pillows excellent too. Spic & Span clean. ADA bathroom and shower on first floor close to front desk much appreciated.
Negatives:
The airport shuttle doesn’t run until be 5 am.. we had a 5:20 am flight and had to call a LYFT car to make our flight. La Pinta needs to have on call transport which they could charge for but should have available. Even a reliable taxi service guests can hire would help.
