Room was dirty.Dirty towels left on floor. Cockroaches everywhere. Refused to pay for room. Disgusting hotel. At least manager reversed charges. We had to find another room for the remainder of our stay in Austin.

The price is the only thing to like about this hotel. Parking lot is full of people trying to get money, food, beer what ever they can off of you. Housing challenged people living in the side lots and bushes. Seriously the most sketchy and scurvy ever.

The roaches, ants, Flys were pretty annoying. Hair on the towels, toilet was running when I checked in. Shower didnt turn off. The bed sounded like a bomb when you got on and off of it. Remote control had a sheetrock screw to try and hold batteries in.

This was the dirtiest hotel Ive ever seen!! Roaches in room, bugs in the bed, half used soaps, no plug ins. You could either use the microwave or refrigerator because there was only one outlet! The 2 towels in the room were stained and stunk!

I wanted to book late for the current day which was impossible, I ended up booking the next day by mistake. There was no way to cancel. I wasted my money. The hotel was uncooperative.

Homeless individuals all around. Dirty towels. Stained walls. Stained rust rings on tub. Uncomfortable bed. Broken latch on door.

Not the cleanest, but nothing horrible.

Staff so kind, friendly, and helpful. The rooms were pretty well cleaned (with a few exceptions) and cute room, tile floors were great. It was very convenient to have a microwave and refrigerator too. Lobby not locked off prior to check-in.
Negatives:
The cleanliness exceptions were: gaps in the walls that need sealed, dead bugs on wall, leftover soap marks in the shower. No ice machines. Other S8 on Montopolis was VERY rude and locked you out in the heat prior to check-in or verifying correct location

The room had a number of bugs crawling around and the ice maker was broken and never operational during my visit. When you showered, water leaked all over the bathroom. Additionally, it was difficult flushing the toilet.
