I had the worse experience with the parking garage and ended up scratching my car because it is so Narrow will never stay at that hotel again.

Hello the hotel nothing bad to say looking to book again

Hotel is in disrepair. Rained second night we were there and woke up to two large puddles of water on the lobby floor. No one mopped it up for the three hours before we left. The parking garage is filthy, and needed towels/toiletries.

The a/c was not working good The front desk guy was kind of rude The cleaning was not all that good they also didnt have cream for the coffee and no water

Rooms were clean, staff was amazingly kind, breakfast buffet was delicious!

Due to so many spring breaks back to back, the pool had to be closed to reset the chemical balance and get the heating in the room to work again. Which was a bummer.

The parking was horrible. We parked and had all of our bags out just to realize you needed a key for the elevator. There was also a terrible smell throughout the hotel.
