I like the location and the staff made it easy and quick to check in and they were polite and also made it easy for me to add a couple of days. The TV worked well and my room was very clean. I will try the laundry facilities tonight.

The staff was incredibly rude. The front desk person spoke on a personal call while checking me in (basically ignoring me) and overcharged for the number of guests in the room. The beds were advertised as a queen but were definitely fulls. When we asked for more towels, the front desk said they didn't have access to them. I have never been spoken to by front desk associates like this ever, and actually cried when I got to the room out of frustration. Do not recommend.
