The location is great. I was worried with it being close to the airport but I never heard one plane while we were there, so that is no issue. The check-in was great. Staff very friendly at check-in. The lobby was nice and clean. When we entered our room there was a smell that reminded us all of Doritos, which the more I thought about it the more I believe it was pet urine that had dried into the carpet, so they could use a good deep shampooing. We scooted the tv back on the dresser to make more room and there was all kind of stuff, dust, some sort of spilled liquid and some trash underneath. There was staff right across the hall cleaning a room so we just had them come in and take care of that and they were nice, didn't understand much English but enough to get the issue taken care of. There was a lamp in the sitting area that did not work and upon checking the bulb had broken off so we asked them at the time they were cleaning the tv if they could have that fixed but to be honest I do not think they really understood what we said, no biggie. Upon going to take a shower we noticed there was no shower curtain. We called and they sent maintenance up to put one up immediately, great service. I did have to call the mainline from my cellphone as the room phone did not work either. After maintenance left we went to put some waters in the fridge and noticed it was not working. We checked that it was plugged up and on the coldest setting and it was just not working. We didn't ask them to fix that because we were not going to use it other than for waters. The indoor pool was very nice, clean a very nice amenity. Overall our stay was good.

The property was centered, just mins away from our destination. The room was spacious and comfty.
Negatives:
The a/c didn't work properly, the breakfast hours didn't align with ours therefore we had to purchase outside food and have it delivered and there was never a quiet time in the floor we got put on. People kept talking loud on the hallways and running, at some point someone started knocking and even pull our doorknob.

Well after I show my car and save for one night crazy stuff start coming to my car like people trying to buy stuff breakfast was kind of bad the hopefully my money go back to my card

I didn't like how the bathroom door block the shower so you can't really look out the door and breakfast wasn't that good car was getting charged from different companies after I stayed there never happened before until then had to cancel my cards and everything that's not cool
