Coast Gateway bus Driver left us 2xs waiting at pickup point twice at 1030pm at night after a 5hr flight. I had to run out into the street to stop the 3rd drive by. Hotel staff tried to rationalize his behavior. No manager f/u at 8am the next a.m.

It was a four hour layover,
Positives:
Proximity of airport and swift shuttle. Clean rooms. Staff was attentive. Disliked (survey does not type in correct box), motel feel, not much within a 10minute walk. Bathroom was odd layout and cramped.
