The location, the room, the bed is so comfy.

The hotel is too crowded as it was a memorial day weekend. The lobby is always packed with people from tour, arlines, and others. We have to wait long for the elevator. They give uber 10 usd discount but the process is complicated that we cant use.

The room was spacious with room to move around plus a sitting area and a desk area. The view was nice with no other buildings right on top of you. And the bed was extremely comfortable with a duvet for added coziness.
Negatives:
The furnishings are a bit thread-bare and in need of refreshing. There was a constant hum from the air handler units which I enjoyed since it was background sound and muffled some of the city street noise.

No hottub...should have had 2 more robes for 3 people. Was hard to use the $25 credit... we should have tried harder. No room service menu in the room, paper copy, that is?
