If you cancel your reservation after May 19, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: The hotel room we stayed at was really clean. The bed was comfy and the bathroom towels were nice as well. There was nothing major to complain about. Location was great as well (5 minutes from SJ airport)

Negatives: The front door of the first room we stayed at was broken and wouldn't open (the handle would not turn). We had to go back downstairs to request a room change which the front desk quickly resolved.

Positives: The staff was nice, not overly friendly but efficient. The room was a nice surprise, the bed was clean and firm, plenty of hot water in the shower. Comfortable couch, small kitchen, large open closet in the bathroom. Bath towels were small but very clean.

Negatives: I requested dishes etc but I was not given a toaster or a coffeemaker and later got a bowl that they had run out of. No laundry soap on site. Breakfast was sad, watery coffee, no milk or juice. Oatmeal packets and packaged blueberry or chocolate muffins.
