The attitude and the mistakes of the inexperienced front desk staff, the manager and the AST General Manager. They refused to resolve it after over charging on my Forex card. They did not share any payment receipt or any records that they have over charged me and were shameless to tell me that the payment is not showing in their records. Finally I had to write the GM of hotel to resolve it after two days of horrendous experience.
