Staff was unfriendly, parking extremely expensive and when asked for options, they could not provide any. Turns out you can park around the corner for one third the price. The elevator panels were completely loose and the hallways noisy with screaming children. Even for a basic budget hotel, you expect at least… the basics.

Spot clean hotel with fantastic smell walking distance to national attractions. The most comfortable bed I slept in through-out my entire life and I’m 39 years old. Good staff. Perfect gym

The pool is really nice and lovely, with hot jacuzzi. mainly for kids. Its size would challenge you if you need to actual exercise there.

The AC was on point and the Spanish speaking house keeper Was nice. They charged my card $10.00 for what I have know such idea

The pool was filthy you can see the muck around the inside of pool and hot tub. The bathroom had a strong odor which smells like feces. We were told the pool was closed for five days, which it was not, my granddaughter and I was very disappointed

Delay in checking me in. Checked in 40 minutes late because my room was not ready on time. Actually, they had to re-allocate me to another room. I did not particularly like the lady manager's response to my query on this. She appear somehow rude!
