It is conveniently located. The staff is prompt and professional in responding to your needs.
Positives:
I realized I had booked the wrong type of room the morning we were scheduled to check-in. I called them and they booked me in the room I had wanted at no additional cost. It's a great hotel for kids- aside from being close to the National Zoo, they gave me daughter a kids pack upon checkin AND they snuck in a big cookie and milk while we were out to dinner. ALSO, the pool i no deeper than 3 feet, 6 inches so little stress on the parents parts. Aside from the main restaurant, all of the food and drink in the hotel is reasonably priced.
Negatives:
No free WiFi, which I don't understand at all. it's one thing to charge for a faster internet speed, or special functions for games, but there is no reason not to have a free option. Also, parking is $49/day which is pricey.
