Our reservation was messed up. They didn’t honor the type of room we booked. We were moved twice and still didn’t get put in the correct room. The room we were put in had broke air conditioning and it was 80 for the majority of the night in the room.

The TV didn’t work, our air conditioning unit did not work. We had to sleep with the window open, which was very noisy outside, the phone in the unit was not programmed to the right numbers so that you could reach the front desk or room service. In our friends room, the maid clean the room and left the door open. It was open for approximately 6 to 7 hours before our friends discovered the open door. I was offered from Hilton an upgrade to a two room suite for only $16 a night but when I got my bill, I was charged $48 for the first night and $30 for the subsequent second and third night. I will be speaking to management about this.
The front desk staff was rude about answering questions, and one instance I asked what time the breakfast room was open on Sunday and was informed that it was from 7 to 10. Accordingly, we went downstairs at seven and the breakfast room did not open until 730. The attached restaurant was not available for use on Thursday night because they had overbooked and when we asked us for a drink to take to our room, they begrudgingly indicated to the middle of the bar to ask the bartender. Saturday night we wanted to get a drink, but it was closed for a private event. So many things were wrong with this property, we can’t enumerate all of them.

It was in walking distance to a lot of the places we wanted to go. The furthest about a mile but didn't seem that long because of everything along the path.

Location was one block from the L train station which was a great location. Breakfast was great every morning great selection and service.
The room had enough space for 5 of us loved the extra sink in the bedroom which allowed us to get ready while someone was using the bathroom.

This is my second stay at this hotel. The first time was great the second time was terrible. The phones for room service wasn't working. The attendant couldn't hear me, I had to go to the front desk to ask a question, the TV's wasn't working because of the satellite and some of the elevators wasn't working, we had to wait 15-20 minutes for an elevator.
