The location is perfect with the airport runway view. I had requested for airport side room since my son loves to see the flights from the hotel room window.
Negatives:
On my last visit, I was given a room on the 12 floor, this time it was 8th, so the view was a little ok. The black glass structure just ends after 8th floor. Would have enjoyed more if it was above 8th floor..

Nothing, probably the worst hilton experience

They had a gate in front of the hotel, which was annoying. Parking was stated as $25 but the hotel staff at checking tried to charge me $30. Igna I think was her name at the front desk... she was very unprofessional and very rude. She stated if we had a pet that hotel only allows us to book 1st floor rooms.... later she gave us a 2nd floor room and rejected any high floors. The room was very subpar... very damaged room to start with and only plus was a balcony. Breakfast attendant was very rude and didn't look like they wanted to be there.... they asked me if I wanted coffee or tea to which I said I wanted coffee.... it never came, nor did the water (when I asked 2-3times). When we checked out, I asked the front desk if they could print out or send a invoice of my stay, so I can see what was billed.... they said they couldn't do that and I would need to call booking.com. I called booking.com to which they called the hotel. Hotel didn't pick up and booking.com left a email and voice mail. After 30mins I get a email with my invoice.
