Returns & Exchanges
To return or exchange a product, please contact
customer care at customer.care@tripswithpets.com
to obtain an authorization number and shipping information. Product
returns are to be shipped to the distribution
center address which is located in your package.
Damaged merchandise is readily refunded. All other
product returns are determined on a case by case
basis depending on the terms and conditions of
the product manufacturer. Restocking fees may
apply. All products must be returned within 30
days of purchase date.
Shipping & Delivery
We make every effort possible to ship your order
in a timely fashion. Most products are shipped
within 2-5 business days. Please allow up
to 2 weeks for delivery of certain products
(exceptions will be noted on individual products). Shipping
and handling charges for standard delivery will
be added to your purchase based on the total weight
of your products. Most products will be
delivered via UPS ground, however some products
will arrive via U.S. Postal Service. Please note:
shipping times are approximate, and occasional
delays beyond our control can happen.
