For two nights after coming back from being out all day, we found a roach in our room, we killed them. We let the front desk know about this, and showed them the dead roaches, they did not seem very concerned. Will never stay there again!!!

The room appeared clean.

The door (which opens to the outside) had no sweep at the bottom, so there was almost a half-inch gap allowing the 35° air to flow into the room. I'm glad it was too cold for most insects to be crawling around! Also, the wall coverings are pretty dark, making it feel somewhat depressing to me.

The shower didn't drain, in the time it took to shower the water was up past my ankles. Bed had pubic hairs in it, didn't seem like the sheets had been washed . No remote for TV. Overall terrible experience.
