The shower curtain was to short. When you took a shower water got all over the floor. The sink did not have a stopper in it. This made taking out my contacts/putting in my contacts a real challenge. The shower head only worked on massage setting.

The room was run down the TV was not working. The hot breakfast that was on amenities was skipped. The A/C was loud and didnt work well. The curtains were broken. The staff was rude. This place was the worst I have ever stayed at!

Under construction witch we were not aware of until we get there to check in was very disappointed about that ,no hot tub which was one main reason we booked was traveling with a family member who has back issues and wanted the hot tub for her to relax the break fast was not as expected from your web site just overall not what your website promised.
