The location was nice. The resturants within walking distance was nice.
Negatives:
The lobby has such a strong smell of perfume or detergent it was very overwhelming.The floor our room was filthy. We don't wear shoes inside the room and my children's feet were black just walking from the bed to the bathroom.We had to wear socks.

Paint fumes lingering from recent paint. My wife had a headache all evening. Could not change rooms hotel was booked. Breakfast was not as expected no protein. However clerk made her breakfast that consisted of eggs. No protein or milk

Soon as we walked around the corner from the Lobby we were in a completely different hotel! It was a completely different environment! Walked in the room and the room was NOT CLEANED! Hair every where in the bathroom. THEY DID NOT GIVE US A NEW ROOM!

We stayed 2 nights and I had 7 different charges on my bill. I tried to find out what the charges were for and the main guy said it wasn't him and got real hateful. There was a woman at the desk and I asked her and she snapped back and said it wasn't her that did it. I told her I didn't say it was but I wanted to know what they were for because we didn't get anything but the rooms. She proceeded to tell me that I would get 2 of those charges back. I will never stay there again. Dirty, hateful and I'm still waiting for my money to be refunded that I was over charged.

I was asked for a 400 dollar security deposit in order to check in, talked to other costumers of diferente race, they were not asked for such deposits

Bugs alive and crawling about in the room and in the breakfast area. Maintenance staff called about hair dryer falling from wall, never showed up to repair. Some staff unsympathetic of issues tells me it happens all the time. Bullet hole in window.
