Beds were small and not that comfy.
We were woken at 2:30am to some kind of alarm over the pa system that went on for an hour and a half. We were not provided an apology or explanation and NO compensation from the hotel. Reason given was because we booked through booking.com.
Also we.cpipdnt bring our pet because there was nowhere to take then our for a pee anywhere near entrance. Pet friendly but not accommodating to pets needs whatsoever.

loved the themes and how accessible to the mall the hotel was. The cleaning staff was amazing. Friendlier than the front desk staff.
Negatives:
The appliances were outdated. Ex., toilet barely flushed.
For the price of the hotel transportation from the airport to the hotel should be FREE or atleast have a shuttle.
I wish the staff greeted us and was a little more welcoming.
