Negatives: Not being able to use the gym whenever needed.

Negatives: I didn't like the Size of the room. It felt small.

Negatives: Was very bad experience for me ,very poor management, bad smells, room are not clean, very congested, room quality below average

Negatives: The hotel is dirty, the sheets and towels were clean. Floors haven't been touched in a really long time. It was sketchy. Way too many people tried to get into our room all hours of the night. Wish I could say it was only once. Watched a drug deal out our window. Party in the parking lot all night. I give credit to the staff for being employed here. They need to be strong and not scared of anything. I appreciated that we were here for ball, so we had bats by each of us in case anyone got in.

Negatives: The room card does not open, you go down to the receptionist, the card is activated and then it does not open again. The bed sheets made my skin itchy and the rooms are very old. The presence of dogs inside the lobby is annoying and scary for children.

Negatives: Structure of the room that looks very updated at their website picture was actually old in reality. Base on the actual structure of the rooms and building maybe that is why the sound proofing is poor as well, that every time some one is going inside/outside of the other room you can hear them as if it is your room door bangs to close. The voices and noises of other rooms guests were heard and very loud to the point of we had a hard time sleeping. We booked a non smoking room, but the hall way smells like someone has puffed weed somewhere in the room or area. Was really disappointed..if only my kids are not tired and eager to rest already (since we checked in late), I will just opt to drive another two hours to sleep in our bed at home.
