the hotel was under construction so I was very disappointed when I actually booked because of how beautiful the pictures were of the atrium cafe and it was completely demolished. I was sooooo disappointed. I wish I had known I would never have booked the until the construction was complete.

Paid for a full buffet breakfast with room but was not available on day. Was given a takeaway breakfast with food that was mouldy and out of date and was unable to replace takeaway breakfast with another breakfast

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past 10 years and this stay will likely be my last. The hotel was under construction, the pool was closed and the atrium was closed with no restaurant or the normal breakfast offering. While this isn’t totally unacceptable the fact that I was in no way informed that the hotel was in this condition is the problem. The quality of the rooms has gone down the toilet seat was damaged ( cracked) and the fridge froze all the food regardless of the setting. The elevator only worked intermittently. The button to call the elevator from the parking level has been smashed and does not work therefore the elevator can not be called to that level and due the the construction the stairs are under there is no railing or lighting in the stairwell.
The staff was as helpful as they could be and the room was clean. I couldn’t expect more from them considering they are working in extremely subpar conditions.
