The staff were extremely rude and very discriminatory. They had yelled at us at multiple different altercations with them their customer service was the poorest I've ever seen period I would not recommend anybody to stay here

Hotel staff were very courteous and friendly. Rooms were large and the one we stayed in even had a couch which I had not been expecting. The breakfast had a lot of variety including waffles, eggs, sausage, muffins, fruit and more including great coffee.

Although there was a hot tub the jets were not working very well. The temperature though was excellent so it made it relaxing still.

I mean it did its job we slept, was it worth the over $200 no but we didn’t have to sleep outside

The room was suppose to be 2 queens it definitely wasn’t . Front desk lady told us there were no rooms available but when we went back out we looked online and booked a room so idk why she thought there wasn’t another room available. Also only one very slow elevator.

The room was huge, comfy, and quiet. Price was and location was perfect for my travel. Would definitely stay here again. Close to food and other necessities. Nicer than anyone would imagine for Quality Inn.
Negatives:
Nothing other than not being able to sleep in longer, but that was work related not related to the Quality Inn. If ever back in area again will definitely stay here.
