I liked how the room was set up with the sofa bed in its own alcove. It gave privacy to the guest sleeping on the sofa bed.

Customer service was average. The facilities are quite dated. Phone didn't work. Staff weren't particularly helpful. Dining options were extremely limited.

When you enter the room, feels like you are entering an astray. the bathroom is the worse. the vents are so full of dust that I was scared to turn on the heather...it's truly disgusting! there are mold everywhere, the bathroom was so full of mold that I the baseboard are falling...stay away! I didn't expect a 5 star hotel, but at least clean....

The hotel is on top of a hill. So we had a pretty fantastic view from our room. Pretty clean. Staff were absolutely lovely. We didn't eat at the hotel but there is a restaurant that would be convenient if you didn't want to leave the premises. It was a good stay for one night as we were only passing through.
