It was available in a convenient location. Beds were comfortable and it served the purpose we needed.

Check-in took a long time. The stairwells are in need of a new coat of paint, and there was no body wash or soap in the shower.

It was cheap, and clean and it had parking for our 24ft RV.

Check in was a slow process.
Room 101 is right near a secure exit, however the door does not shut automatically which ensues a horrible beeping sound until the door is shut. This kept us up most of the night as unfortunately the hotel was filled with heaps of teenage girls from a volleyball comp who where being teenagers being loud and leaving the external door open.
The hotel gave us some hotel credits for the inconvenience, but would asked to be moved if you get given this room.

The bathroom wasnt properly clean, I found short hair all over it. The room they gave us was on the corner and was the worst! There was a lounge bar right above it that made noise, sounded like they were moving some chairs or something else until 1am, so unacceptable !

So run down. Stains on ceiling and couch. Carpet in hallways and stairs old and torn. Poor coffee in room etc. lacking funds it seems. Do not think they need to take 100.00 security deposit!

The room is very dim with smoke smell even though we have asked for non smoking room. There is only 1 ceiling light near the entrance and the only table light in the room is not working. The shampoo and washing gel were not refilled at all. Limited equipments in the gym too.

I didnt like the staff member who answered the phone when we called, to let him know we might not make it that day due to a fire in sorento! He was not very understanding! He kept saying you will get charges for the room even if you dont make it this way. And Saying he didnt hear of any fires so room will be charged no matter what! I told him if we do make it that way we will Im hoping we dont get charged because of the fire! He says again I didnt hear of any fires, I said this one just started thats why we were turned around! We didnt know there was a fire till we got there! I said if we can go another way we would make it! I asked if he knew another way he said I didnt hear of any fires. I said ok well I hope we make it in and if we do it would be late as soon as we hung up our credit card was charged! Which it shouldnt have happened! We did get it back but we were so scared and tired from a long drive from Edmonton he could have waited till he knew we would make it or not as I paid with debit!
All & all I wish he had a lil more compassion and understanding! He was not very nice when talking on the phone! He was no longer working by time we got to the hotel!

We were 13 people with a 6 rooms stay and they couldnt provide us a single piece of toothbrush, there was not no water
