Manteo's Resort is really very...
Positives:
Comfortable room - very spacious and enjoyed the lake view
Swimming pool, hot tub and sauna all very good.
Reception staff very helpful.
Negatives:
Very disappointed with our evening meal at Maestros restaurant. Lamb shank was undercooked and Ossobuco was swimming in polenta. Service was poor, eg waitress fussily pouring wine too often, and removing a plate before it was finished.
Overpriced and a disappointing end to our stay.
