Positives: Was clean and welcoming The room kinda of smelt like body odour it that could of been from the Indian restaurant in the hotel as I find the food kind of doesn’t smell good other wise was a 10/10

Negatives: The hotel breakfast was not good they only served toast, yogurt ,fruit cups and coffee

Positives: The staff was extremely friendly and we always saw lots working. The bed and pillows could be upgraded in the room we were in and we miss the full breakfast we used used to get.

Negatives: The breakfast was lackluster compared to what it used to be (bacon, eggs, toast, sausage, etc)

Positives: The tropical atmosphere.

Negatives: The room had a lot of issues. The bathroom door handle was on backwards so one of our party was locked in the bathroom for awhile. Not safe at all. The sinks were both completely plugged. I ended up taking them apart and cleaning them. They were full of drywall and tape. The second bathroom had a glass door?! And the bathtub didnt work at all. The TV didnt work at all even after we tried to fix it. Also it was very noisy right beside the stairwell. There was a couple yelling at each other at 1am that woke us all up.

Positives: I've always loved this property, plenty of nostalgia from my childhood and nowadays is still good. The rooms are good and the location is ideal.

Negatives: Got one of the rooms in the middle of the building. Got a little toasty at night. Although it was partially my fault because I didn't update my credit card in time.

Positives: Clean rooms and nice pool

Negatives: Paid around 150 in extra pet fees for 2 dogs, more expensive than the one night stay itself, these fees were not advertised on booking.com, when I said I would book elsewhere once they told me the fee, they threatened to charge me a cancellation fee of 140, the tone of the employee on the other end was very rude and aggressive. Very dirty and dishonest business practices.
