After Sunday, Apr 28th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Vancouver), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Apr 28, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Negatives: Once the room was booked, they should have checked the room for comfortable temperature. It was freezing in there and could not get it warm enough until early morning. We had to wear sweatshirts and warm socks to bed. Would not stay there again!

Positives: The staff was really courteous and helpful. The location was good, close to everything in sicamous. The beds were comfortable and good size.

Negatives: The rooms fixtures are a little dated and worn. The room could have used a microwave. Also some of the plugs were old so that the chargers wouldnt stay in.

Positives: Sorry..this is what i didn't like. Wasnt anything special...nice restaurant next door. When I booked it Saud it had a hot tub...no hot tub. No microwave. Very hot, hard to control, noisy. Breakfast ok, not usual Wyndham hotel.
